People do complain, however, that they find chicken to be dry and hard to digest. This seems to be particularly when they just have the same old thing again and again. Like a chicken korma paste salad for example. Try it with different things to really bring out the flavor. My creativity with Ramen noodles actually started with a pot of chili. I had made chicken korma curry a huge pot of homemade chili for my family. My four year old son loved the chili, but my two year old daughter was less than thrilled. After watching her reject her chili for dinner, I knew I had to do something with the leftovers. So, the next day, at lunch, I decided to make a packet of Ramen noodles-discarding the flavor packet that came with it. I took a bowl of the chili and mixed it into the cooked Ramen noodles. My kids loved it! They both ate every bite. No, I was not intimidated at all. These are all people we see all the time on television. I felt like I already knew them. When we walked into Ina Garten's house she was so welcoming that I just wanted to give her a hug! She just has a glow about her! I felt like I could tell Ina anything. I have yet to get take out, but it's definitely on my to do list. My companion had a fresh lemonade and I had a Basil Ginger Gimlet to start. For dinner, she had Chicken Madras, medium spicy. It was, to quote the menu, "piquant south chicken korma tempered with mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilies and coconut." I ordered Jardalu Ma Gos. From the menu again: "a delicate Parsi dish of lamb sauteed with apricots, stick cinnamon, fresh ginger, garlic, onion and red chili served with julienne fried potatoes." I asked for it as spicy as a natvie would eat it. "Are you sure?" the waitress asked. "He's sure," my companion assured her. Both meals were delectable and suited our tastes.
